Clubhouse
The Lake Capri Clubhouse is available to rent to Lake Capri HOA Members in good standing. If you’d like to reserve the clubhouse for your event, a $150.00 deposit and a signed agreement are due within five (5) business days of submitting a reservation request. The rental fee of $150.00 is due one week before your event date.
To download a blank rental agreement. You must register to gain access to the “Clubhouse Rental Agreement” page.
Please print and read the rental agreement. Fill in the agreement and arrange a meeting with Patricia Wills to complete the transaction.
Please note that rentals are subject to availability, and no rental is confirmed until Patricia receives the $150.00 deposit, a signed contract, and you receive confirmation from Patricia. Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.
